Yes. It is a free 14-day product experience, not a weak teaser. Brain Engine refreshes daily across up to 250 accounts, unlocks 10 Revenue Rescue Cases, and Atlas prepares 3 intervention drafts. Ongoing monitoring after the free window begins on Watchtower.

Does Watchtower really include 2,000 accounts?

Yes. Watchtower tracks up to 2,000 customer accounts with the same daily Brain Engine + Atlas refresh cadence for $299 per month. There is no per-account surcharge inside that allowance.

What does “unlimited tracked accounts” mean?

Command Loop and Control Plane do not meter or charge for the number of customer account records you monitor. Unlimited accounts does not mean unlimited infrastructure usage: exceptionally high-volume telemetry, dedicated processing, unusual retention requirements, or custom infrastructure may require an Enterprise Grid capacity agreement. We will scope that explicitly rather than adding surprise per-account fees.

Why would we upgrade if Command Loop and Control Plane both include unlimited accounts?

You upgrade for operating depth, not because larger companies deserve better timing. Control Plane adds custom Brain Engine policies, multiple teams or workspaces, stronger Atlas orchestration, approval controls, longer history, and priority implementation.

Are plans priced according to our MRR?

No. MRR is used only to help recommend a likely plan. Pricing is based on the intelligence and operating capabilities your team needs, not a percentage of your revenue.

Do you charge per event or token?

OrthancIQ does not expose foundation-model tokens as a customer billing metric. Standard signal processing is included in each plan. Exceptionally large telemetry volumes or dedicated capacity are scoped transparently before deployment.

Can we start with Watchtower and upgrade later?

Yes. Watchtower is designed to be a serious operating plan, not a throwaway trial. You can move to Command Loop when you need unlimited accounts, team workflows, and active Atlas coordination.

Can a larger company skip the free scan?

Yes. Command Loop, Control Plane, and Enterprise Grid buyers can move directly into an assisted rollout when their systems and operating requirements are already clear.

Does Brain Engine train on our customer data?

Brain Engine uses your approved tenant evidence to build and calibrate your retention model. We do not use your customer data for shared cross-customer model training unless you explicitly approve that in writing. See the security overview.
